In general, it's fantastic base for staying in La Spezia. Setting near the train station, Cinque Terre, the waterfront👌❤

Was great place to stay in La Spezia. I liked the apartment, it was clean and amazing. Big size and comfortable beds. The service was EXCEPTIONAL, luxury stay. The train station next to the place, magnificent location.

I loved the fact that there was public parking. Kind staff, and the best host ever. New facilities, it had climate control, a dining area, an iron and ironing board. Had a nice coffee at Terminus Cafe, located 10 minutes walk away...
